Kate freelances mainly for mainstream newspapers and magazines. Recently she has been commissioned by the Guardian, the Independent, the Daily Express, Daily Mail, Woman & Home, Good Housekeeping, Grazia, Top Sante, Prima, Woman’s Weekly and Woman’s Own.
But Kate writes for mores specialist publications too, including The Marketer, and for websites including Parentdish.
Besides writing for a wide range of national newspapers and magazines, Kate also regularly compiles engaging reports for organisations including the Chartered Institute of Marketing, as well as white papers for companies such as Storm Communications.
She also writes lively copy for marketing campaigns and information booklets for multinational companies through to small charities.
Previous clients include British Airways, Terrance Higgins Trust, Yarrow Housing, the NHS and various local authorities.
Kate offers specialist media training. Courses are bespoke and are tailored towards different sectors and requirements.
This includes training for PR agencies who are familiar with the media, but may need tips in particular areas and insider knowledge.
